Stayed at the Quality Inn for 2 nights over Christmas and the rooms are new and the breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay. They should though think about a new ice machine on the second floor.

This hotel must have gone through a major transition. Rooms were very spacious and furnishings much more than adequate. Bathroom is a bit small but overall very clean, very satisfying. Breakfast was an added bonus as well. I would personally recommend this hotel if you go to the Frederick area.
They are currently a "no name hotel" and are waiting for the "flag" of Best Western later this month.
Everything about this hotel was AWFUL. The people working the front desk were extremely rude. Asked for extra towels and the lady acted like I was bothering her. The room was dirty and very run down. Bathroom had mold on the walls and in the tub as well as the shower head. I actually had to ask for cleaning supplies so that i could clean the bathroom myself. Sheets were not changed from the previous guest. When I complained I was NOT applogized to nor did i recieve any compensation for the very poor service and the condtion of the room, all though there is a sign at the front desk as well as in the room that says 100% satisfaction guarnteed. I was not satisfied to say the least but yet I did pay full price for my room. Very unpleasant stay I do not recommend this particular hotel. Avoid it possible.

Very bad choice. First, we called the hotel for directions and were told there was nobody there that could help us--we were on our own. Then, the room was bad--trash behind the dresser, mildew on the shower curtain, mold in shower. We had 2 rooms and both were bad. Only stayed in the rooms because we had a handicapped person with us and would have been too hard to switch rooms. Breakfast was adequate.

The 1st room we stayed in was very nice. The only problem was that we didn't know that there were little leagues going on. Needless to say we were booked in a room in the middle of families with children of various ages. The children ran in between rooms slamming doors and chasing each other until midnight. I know kids will be kids because I have 3 of my own. However I would not let them run wild disturbing other vacationers. This went on until approx 12:00 a.m. It continued the 2nd night that we stayed so we asked to be moved. We were moved into a room that smelled like cat pee, the lock was busted on the door, the door was a little bent so it didn't want to close properly, there wasn't a remote for the TV, and a few of the lights either didn't have bulbs in them or they didn't work. We were happy to leave the next morning. I tried to talk to the manager but was told he wouldn't be in for a couple of days. We traveled back to Ohio and I have been trying to get ahold of him since we returned. I left a voice mail but he hasn't returned my call. I also tried to e-mail the address on the business card I was given but his mailbox is full and the message came back undeliverable. Do you think he's avoiding me? I do!!!
