It gets that title only because Utah is lucky enough to also be home to the amazing (!) Pizzeria 712 in Orem (seriously, try it).
That said, I love the authentic Neapolitan style pizza Settebello serves up. The crust is thinner- wonderfully charred and bubbly but chewy in the center, and the toppings center around traditional Italian tastes- pine nuts, mozzarella, wonderfully simple tomato sauce, pancetta, prosciutto, etc...The involtini di Prosciutto is ohsodelicious- kind of an inside-out salad- arugula and chevre wrapped up in Prosciutto, topped with a classic Balsamic glaze.
Make sure to stop by the attached gelato shop- the ricotta gelato topped with that same Balsamic glaze is life changing.
