My husband and I booked the San Juan Suite at the last minute so got a pretty good deal and although it was still fairly expensive, it was worth it! The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The linens smelled sooo good and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. AnnaMaria and her husband (I can't remember his name) were excellent hosts, suggesting what we do on the island and in town for dinner and entertainment. This was one of the nicest B&Bs we've stayed in and we've done a lot of travelling!!! The hosts really make the place but the cool suite helped too. The breakfast was unusual (but good!) so don't expect the basic, boring standard breakfast and you'll love it.

We will stay here again for sure!

The inn is CLEAN and the innkeepers are incredible. I am a vegan and my husband is a diabetic- they catered to our dietary concerns without an issue at all.

Harrison House Suites is located about 1.5 blocks from the ferry- we did not even need a car- just walked. The pillow top mattresses were wonderful, the kitchens had everything we could ask for...and the high tea with cookies- the highlight of our day. The fresh brewed teas were some of the best we have ever tasted- all from the ISLANDS!!!

All in all, wonderful. The breakfasts were enough to keep you full through DINNER...believe us, the Harrison House Suites will become our home away from home....

My family and I spent the most memorable weekend right before Christmas at the Harrison House Suites. This was our second visit since the new innkeepers, Anne Marie & Dave took over. It was really great to see all the changes that they made. The food, as always was extraordinary but by far the highlight was the special dinner they prepared for us. Each course was a master piece and as tasty as it was beautiful. We are still talking about the lamb that Dave smoked on his Green Egg. We had never been to Friday Harbor during the winter. It is really magical - we spent time relaxing in our suite by the fire place and then watching the stars while in the hot tub. We can't wait to go back.

We had never been to the San Juan Islands and were not entirely sure what to expect when we found the Harrison House Suites B&B. First off, we were welcomed with arms opened by the innkeeper, AnnaMarie. She had warm homemade cookies-and even a dog biscuit for our yellow lab.

The rooms were wonderful- we overlooked the harbor and the ferry terminal. We had a private hot tub, plush bathrobes, greaqt breakfasts, free kayaks and bicycles---and fresh flowers in our room every day.

This was high end. And it was made even moreso by the incredible hospitality of the hosts. The rooms were clean and AM made all the efforts of finding us a whale watching expedition and kayaking excursion. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend. S & K
