The Pantry Restaurant is on Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe. In business since 1948, so they KNOW what foods people love. Be prepared for an extensive menu. At incredibly reasonable prices. The locals eat here. I had the Buenos Dias breakfast, and it would have been enough for 2 huge appetite. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had chocolate pinon coffee- yum. My breakfast was a huge amount of fried potatoes, smothered in a half pound of cheese, 2 eggs, beans, on a platter size tortilla, plus a tortilla on the side- all for $7.99. The gal sitting next to me ordered the- lemon ricotta pancakes, gave me a taste- heaven. The pancake came with 2 eggs. The pancake was the size of a huge platter- all for $7.99. I am going to duplicate this pancake at home using almond flour. I highly recommend this restaurant. The hotel I stayed in offered no protein and the coffee was horrible.I decided to eat breakfast elsewhere and the choice was the absolute best. You will not be disappointed.
