The hostess, Pat, sounded very nice on the phone, but we weren't prepared for the warmth of her welcome. It's a bright, spotless, beautiful, spacious B&B. We had the top floor 'suite' with great views of the marina area. It was warm, comfortable and the breakfasts were first class. It's very central for shops, restaurants, churches and all Pat's recommendations on which restaurants to visit (and which to avoid) were perfect. It's just a little gem !

I have stayed at the Spring Street Inn on two different occasions. The hospitality was just as outstanding as the 5 Star breakfasts. I would not consider staying anywhere else.

We are a boating company that has stayed at the Inn for going on three years now for the Newport Boat Show. Pat who runs the Inn is absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly and pleasant. She provides us with a very comfortable stay and the best breakfast we have ever enjoyed. (its amazing we make it to the show with all the food she feeds us!) It is right in downtown and the perfect location to explore Newport. If you ever visit Newport, I highly recommend the Spring Street Inn!

The Spring Street Inn was incredible! My boyfriend and I have visited Newport many times, but this was our first time at the Spring Street Inn. We will never stay anywhere else! We booked the upstairs suite. The bed was so comfortable! There is a jaccuzi tub in the spacious bathroom. There is also a deck attached to the room which overlooks all of Newport. The room was so clean, and so quiet! Pat, the owner, cooked the most delicious breakfast each morning! Better than any breakfast we've had anywhere else in Newport! I just can't say enough about this place! We have already made reservations for this summer! Love it!
