We were so pleased with our accommodations at the Spring Seasons Inn. Susan and Bill were so gracious to work around our scheduling constraints and this allowed us to have our much-needed spur-of-the-moment getaway. Although the walking room around the bed was a little tight, the sitting area and beautiful bathroom with two-person jacuzzi tub more than made up for it. The linens were luxurious, the towels were soft and super thirsty. Bill made excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner. We had a fabulous dinner at the Red Parrot - wow! The wharf and all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance of Spring Seasons. If we had arrived on our motorcycles, we would have had lots of choices for cruising and seeing the sights or just strolling to whatever caught our eye. And what a clean city Newport is!

Breakfast was quite lovely with home-baked scones and a delightful fruit dish to start. The omelette's made by Bill were delish! And when we voiced a preference for decaf coffee, Susan was right on it brewing a fresh pot for us. We would definitely stay again at this B&B. Our only reason for staying elsewhere (if we did) would be to experience variety. But honestly, the more we travel, the more we come to appreciate reliability.

“A Lovely Surprise”

When problems arose with our original reservation at another Bed And Breakfast in Newport, we were forced to find something else at the last minute. And what a lovely surprise. The Spring Seasons Inn is beauiful. The room we stayed in was quite romantic and Sunday morning's breakfast was delicious. If you want to know why everything is so nice, you don't have to look very far. The hostess, Susan, is a very lovely person and works hard at making her guests comfortable. We have already made plans to spend a few days in June at the Spring Seasons, this time with our daughter who is about to graduate from High School. It's the perfect place for a romantic get-away or a family vacation.

“Romantic Getaway”

Spring Seasons Inn

I stayed in the big suite on the third floor. It was one of the best rooms I've stayed in. It certainly had an authentic feel. It also had a DVD player and stereo. That was a pleasant surprise. The spa was perfect after a long day. My future wife loved the area and the inn. After staying in a hotel my last visit I must say b&b's are the way to go.

My husband and I stayed at the Spring Seasons Inn the week of October 15th 2007. We were in the Venice Suite Which is on the main floor. And can i just say , that room was GORGEOUS!!! it truly felt like we were in a room in Europe!! it was spacious, and roomy, and comfortable , It felt like we were in our own home! The decor, and furniture were so authentic. The 4 poster bed was sooooo comfortable, It was hard to get out of bed the next day! And the Jacuzzi tub was so roomy, I definitly had the chance to relax and have a glass of wine. The website although it does a great job of describing the Inn, does no Justice to how the Inn actually looks and feels...
The Innkeepers Susan and Bill were beyond sweet, they were helpful in helping my husband & I find "things to do and see" in Newport. They recommended great places to eat, and nice places to take in some of the sights! And they were very helpful with us trying to find our way around town.
We really felt like we were staying with family rather than in a commercialized hotel that you can stay in anywhere you go in the world. This Inn is one of a kind, and definitly on my top 5 favorite places to stay. We will defintly stay there again next year!!

Thank You Susan and Bill!!
Can't wait to see you again next Fall!!

I stayed at the Spring Seasons for 4 days back on Memorial Day weekend. It was a very special weekend- my wedding and Bill and Susan couldn't have been more helpful during a very stressful time. Bill helped my husband arrange roses upong my arrival (we stayed at seperate hotels the night before our wedding), Susan dug through the trash looking for my passport, and they help my aunt and cousin suprise us with food and champaign on our wedding night. I think the NUMBER ONE thing was Susan's fantastic breakfast! It was to die for!! There is only three things I would warn you about- 1) it is a b&b so there isnt air con like at a hotel- I was in the upstairs bedroom with one wall unit and two fans- try getting ready to put yourself in a big white dress that feels like it weights 100 pounds in 90 degree with that little air con- it was very difficult. 2) The jacuzzi is BIG!!! The bigs don't give it justice- why is this bad? Cause it takes like FOREVER to fill enough- you could watch a whole tv eposide and it still wouldnt be filled. 3) There was work being done in the back yard when I was there- but that wasn't a big deal- nothing bothersom.
I repeat though- Great place to stay- it is so beautiful - the pics don't give it justice. And Bill and Susan are really great!!!
