My family of 4 stayed for 6 nights. Best access to Waikiki beach, friendly and helpful staff, affordable given the prime location, easy parking, and free use of beach toys like boogie boards and inner tubes. I definitely would recommend it and will be booking my next stay at Waikiki at this hotel.

This was our 2nd stay at Waikiki Circle. (previously stayed in 2004) Make sure you pay the extra money for a ocean view room. It is worth every cent. Views were outstanding. It was great to sit on the balcony at night and watch everyone. Location excellent; easy walkng distance to restaurants, shopping etc... Room size was OK for the 2 of us. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

I love the Circle hotel. Not only is it a landmark to tell your hotel from the others, it is still small enough that you can walk out of the elevator and down the steps to the sidewalk and straight across to the beach, and not far from the great spots on Waikiki! An ABC store is next door and the location is close to just about everything you'll want to do in Waikiki. The rooms are nothing special, but they are nice, clean, and they have everything you need. Get a floor higher than 5 as traffic can be a little noisy at night if you are oceanfront, but it's nothing serious. This is my second stay and I won't bother looking elsewhere...

My friends, wife and I had a fantastic holiday, the rooms may have been on the small side but it was clean and the beds comfortable - no tea or coffee are available so take your own plus cups and a jug although it is available at reception in the morning.

Travellers from Australia beware - QANTAS arrives in the mid morning and the room is not available unti 3:00PM. We arrived dressed in winter clothing and DVT stockings and could not change, we were hot, tired and sore and had to waste 5 hours instead of resting and adjusting to Hawaiian time - BEWARE.

After the first day the staff were great; we were in room 401 (friends in room 407) and even though they were towards the rear of the building, we had a good view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. My wife would kill for more of the complementary Lemongrass Body Lotion. I have read some reports that the lifts don't work and are slow - we found the opposite, we only had to wait about 2 miniutes at any time considering we were there in the summer holidays and the building was fully booked. Our rooms were cleaned daily and a news paper placed outside our door every morning. Apart from the first day arrival problems, the staff were great.

"The Circle" is located in a great position being right accross from Waikiki Beach and "The Duke's" statue with plenty of restraunts close by. If you like pancakes for breakfast try "Cheesburger in Paradise" 2 blocks towards Diamond Head but don't have a Cheesburger as a meal. We ordered one each for lunch and as we cut it into bite size pieces the oil and grease poured through the cut - it was only good value because I could still taste the half I had 2 days later.

We are planning a trip to Hawaii next year and will definitely be staying at "The Circle".
