We would not visit this area without a meal at LIMANAKI'S.... you are always greeted with a smile and assured of a warm welcome. Sam and his team are friendly . The food is delicious.

I had two bad meals in a row here so sadly can't endorse all the glowing reviews. On our first visit, my husband had excellent fish, while I had a very indifferent salad - even the olive oil was average. We returned with high hopes but sadly second time round, both had poor food. I chose one of the day's specials, Beef Skiathos, and it was virtually inedible: huge chunks of tough meat and a sauce composed almost entirely of underseasoned tomatoes.

Having said that, friends who ate there the same night had a lovely meal, so Iit seems that 'patchy' is about right. When it comes to food, consistently good is better than occasionally dazzling.
