We stayed in Fleischer Hotel for two days in June 08. The room was very poor. The walls had marks all over them and our room faced out onto the train station which meant that the noise was very bad. We requested a double bed but got two single beds thrown together. We couldn't open the windows because below was were the guests smoked outside. There were no tea & coffee facilities and the hair dryer didn't work. Thankfully we didn't use the room during the day but it was not up to the standard you should expect for the price and we would recommend you view the room in this hotel if you can before accepting it. The breakfast was ok with good selection but the evening meals are staggeringly expensive at over 400KR per person. Nobody at the checkout desk asked us how our stay was and we didn't complain as we felt we would have been just been moved and the problem would not have been solved. This hotel is too old and needs the back rooms to given a complete overhaul in sound and lighting.
