On paper (or the internet), the Hotel Andreas looks like a great romantic option, but this is largely dependant on the room. We were a bit unlucky in that we had a room (number 22, Clea) that had an outside bathroom and very little storage space. The advertised private terrace actually requires a lambada with a tree and a walk along a fairly narrow ledge - and to be honest, it's not really worth it. The terrace itself is a bit overgrown and was incredibly windswept when we were there.
The bathroom was also a bit disappointing. Although we had sole use of it, we had to walk across the main courtyard to get to it, past the door of one of the other rooms. Hot water was a luxury - although you could cut the time you spent in the bathroom by sitting on the loo and having a shower at the same time!
It's not 100% negative, though. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was good - and was served in the terrace bar which has great panoramic views across the Old Town.
