If you want a perfect B & B, look no further. My wife & I stayed for two nights. We found the owners Mark & Jane charming and very accommodating. The Bedroom & en suite was very comfortable, the choice of breakfast very good cooked to a high standard. The location was ideal, in a quiet residential area, just off the A6 close to the shops and attractions. We will certainly stay here again.

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at Sunnybank. We had a lovely, comfortable room which was spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfast, very attentive and knowledgeable hosts who really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Sunnybank is in a perfect location; not too close to the town centre but close enough to walk to both Matlock Bath and Cromford. There's plenty to do in the area and the owners are more than happy to recommend places to visit and to eat. Sunnybank certainly lives up to all the glowing reviews on here and we will definitely be going back.

My boyfriend and I have just arrived home from a brilliant 4 night Easter break to Sunnybank. Mark and Jane are lovely, friendly hosts who go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be (Mark even drove us to a cycle hire shop close by as we didnt come by car!) and we thank them very much for a great weekend. The breakfast really is a treat (i recommend the salmon and egg on toast), and it kept us going well in to the afternoon and the room we stayed in was lovely and clean.
Matlock bath is a lovely place to visit, we enjoyed the Heights of Abraham, nearby walks and cycle trails and the town itself.
Definitely stay at this B&B if travelling to the area!
