After overbooking our initial hotel, Kamari Tours put us at the Pantheon. The hotel was great and had beautiful views of the island and the sea. The accomodations were very comfortable. The pools were clean and the food was great. There is even a little snack shop next to the hotel. The only issue was that it is pretty isolated, so if you want to go to other parts of the island, you have to catch the bus back on the main road or reserve a taxi. To take the bus to Ia and back, it can be difficult during the tourist season.

Ladies, be careful of the advances of the male staff at the Pantheon. They were all very kind and helpful, but a couple of them were pretty forward.

This is an exceptional establishment that is rightly characterised as 'deluxe'. It has a very nice garden where the pool is located and offers beautiful sea views. Management is exceptional so too is the service. My only drawback is the distance and isolation of the establishment which can make it difficult if you choose to walk into town along the old path. All in all, excellent establishment, but too distant from the centre.

On arrival at the Pantheon we were impressed with the breath taking views of the Caldera and the friendliness of the staff who did everything to make our two weeks in Santorini unforgettable. Pantheon Deluxe Villa's are just that "Deluxe". Apartments come with a car which is needed to get around Santorini as Pantheon is about a 5 minute drive from Imerovigli village, its quiet setting is the ideal place to relax and the pool area is second to none. Breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant, is buffett style and has to be one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. All the food was fresh and if you wanted something not on the buffett the chef is more than happy to oblige! By night you can either have a meal in the restaurant and watch the sunset over the caldera or take a drive into a nearby village and visit one of the traditional taverna's. Pantheon Villas are truly stunning and the staff are friendly and helpful I would definatley stay there again although next time I would like to upgrade to a room with a private pool!!

If you are looking fo a quiet location, excellent views of the caldera and beautiful sunsets then this is the place for you. The villas are beautiful, extremely clean and breakfast on your own terrace, at a time to suit you is perfect.

Only one point to note that whilst you have solitude at the villas you need a car or to use the local bus ( only a ten minute walk away) to access restauarants and shops but this is a small price to pay!!!
