Stayed here for a week at Halloween - we had two appartments on the sixth floor. Me and my two daughters in one appartment and my hubby and son in the other. We requested two beside each other and thankfully got what we wanted!!!
First impressions of the place were not too good - we arrived at night and were rather tired. However once settled in the place became like home and was clean and roomy. The appartments are high up but the 200 steps into Puerto Rico are not that bad and a taxi back is easily got!!
Have to say the reviews I had read about the place were mixed. I felt it was noisy but you got used to it and a "wee" drink before bed helped dull the din which starts after 12 and goes on til about 3:30am!!!!
Pool was nice with lots of beds - no need to put towels out!! The views were lovely and the weather superb!! Got great tans!!!
Plenty to do with kids - waterpark was within walking distance and that much fun we went twice!!!! Even I ventured down all but one slide!
Appartments were cleaned every day and are not luxurious but are clean and well equipped. Towels are provided daily!
We ate out every night - there are plenty of restaurants which cater for all tastes!
We paid £1,180 for the five of us at Halloween flying from Belfast - our holiday was worth EVERY penny. A month later I am still feeling the benefits of our break.

Well most of these reviews talk about the noise but sorry i was one of the people enjoying the noise in the centre. I absolutely loved my stay in puerto rico and the Puerto Feliz had everything i needed! Nice
comfy beds and gorgeous pool were there was always plenty of sun loungers available for sleeping in the sun.

The apartment was always clean and tidy maid service everyother day towels changed everyday. Also it works if your nice and polite to the staff they'l be the same we never had a problem with anyone. All the staff were friendly including the bar staff.

I would and have recommended the Puerto Feliz to family and friends!

The apartment was very clean and tidy throughout.
Staff at reception and bar were very welcoming.
Pool was very nice and never struggled to get a sunbed at this time of year.
Only downside to the location was the noisy nights as you could hear the commercial centre bars until the early hours of the morning! However this will probably be the same for many hotels and apartments located close by as Puerto Rico is in a valley.

Overall we would recommend these apartments.

P.S. for those interested in the weather... weather was great every day, however only had a couple of showers early evening for two out of the seven days! Daytime temperatures were 28-30 degrees and the evenings averaged 20-22 degrees.

We booked this holiday allocation on arrival, which I guess had to take what we got. Reception staff very friendly but disappointed with bar staff (rude)!!
Be careful and not get take in by "HAPPY HOUR" as it's not two for the price of one,it's just what they call "special rates" and don't dare query it as your liable to get your head bit off,ok it was still cheap but happy hour to me is 2 for the price of 1,it was only on beer and some local drinks very poor selection.
Wouldn't have minded paying if the member of staff had been nicer.
Room was ok nothing great.
If your looking for a quite relaxing time DO NOT BOOK THIS HOLIDAY
Very noisy at night ideal if want the nightlife.
Didn't get to sleep until at least 4am as noise died down about this time.
Overall ideal for young and lively and club goers not families
