I have been to Yayo a couple of times with my wife. We have tried different set menus and we have marked it as a key restaurant in the Rias Baixas area. Seafood from the Arosa Ria is among the best in the world, and yet Yayo finds innovative ways to enhance already outstanding natural flavours and textures. It would event be better if they could offer more expert advice on the selection of wines to match their plates.
