over all a very nice experience a very clean and up together modern hotel. (not luxurious), the hotel had very helpful ,cheerful and attentive staff . and if you mentioned a problem it would be dealt with promptly although the problems were very few and far between the food was good, fresh and catered for all and plentiful. it was very relaxing beach was nice clean(black sand) the mountain scenery was lovely and you could use all the facilities of the whole resort . the hotel is situated in a quiet and up together part of fuerteventura in between the mountains and 2 fishing villages ideal for couples, families looking for a quieter but plenty to do , and overall most really ,the only people i would suggest may not enjoy it are groups and people wanting a great clubbing atmosphere, it would be two quiet, there is good walking , and watersports there ,i would say a car is a good idea the roads are excellent , beeches (some black sand some white sand ) and a four wheel drive is a good idea if you like to explore off road although not a must ,the island is great for all wind sports as there is always a breeze (not a problem )on the whole a very clean up together experience and would definitely go back

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel. It is located down the east side of the island, a car is a good idea as the complex is quite isolated, however there is a daily bus service. We were the only english people in the hotel, (there is also a sister complex opposite with a couple more english families staying there. The hotel it is frequented mostly by germans. The staff at the hotel speak mainly spanish/german but get by in English, they were very attentive, polite and pleasant. The whole complex is very spacious, lovely gardens, full activity programme, excellent swimming
pools, kids club, diving, sailing etc. Private beach, (black sand). Although the hotel was full it was very quiet, relaxing and calm. Food was buffet style, variable and plentiful. Unfortunately part of the time we there the main lift broke down, and the hotel is on a very steep incline, so many many steps to climb every time you left the room. The main water pipe burst leaving the hotel with no water for a day, and no hot water for 2 days, however the staff offered to transfer us to the other hotel either to a new room or just to shower! The bedrooms were very comfortable with excellent facilities including TV and mini bar (use as a fridge), hair dryer etc and cleaned daily to a high standard. Full balcony facilities with relaxing chairs and south facing so the sun most of the day. What more can I say, try this hotel if you want a calm relaxing holiday but consider hiring a car as you will need it to explore the lovely island.
