My family and I love to travel. Destinations like white sand beaches are one of our favorites. I’d love to share my family’s experience with Sipalay City.
I heard this place from a friend who has been in Sipalay City several times already.
His story about this place is pretty much interesting. And to see for ourselves the truth to his tale, the whole family was bound to Sipalay City summer of 2008.
Road trip from Bacolod City going to Sipalay is quite tiring; 3hrs and 30mins to 4 hours travel by our own vehicle from the capital city of Negros Occidental going to our destination, though it was strenuous land trip we never had regrets after seeing Sipalay City. We arrived just in time the sun kisses the waves in sipalay’s poblacion beach… being new to the place, I could not believed such beautiful long stretched beach is open for the public… no entrance fees, you can put up a tent if you want w/out paying for the place, anything you’d love to do…
After the spectacular sunset view we looked for a place to rest, we found the Sipalay Suites located just near the beach. They have clean spacious rooms, very attentive staff and nice hotel owner… nice Japanese foods too . . . : )
We had 5 unforgettable days stay in sipalay city with Sipalay Suites. i can say that sipalay is really indeed “unspoiled” tourist destination. White sand beaches, dive sites, caves with stalactites and stalagmites . . . Sipalay really has a magnet, attracting local and foreign visitors.
We look forward to be in sipalay again... sooooon
