Would give this 3.5 if it was allowed.

Good points:

. Good location - close to beach, cafe's, restaurants, bars etc but not so close to the noisy area that you couldnt sleep at night!
. Decent rooms - well presented, air con, good size balcony.
. Good breakfast. You cant expect full english when you go abroad but they had a good selection that filled you up for the day.
. Nice pool area with lots of spare sun beds.

Bad Points:

. Staff were ok but not overly friendly.
. When we got there one of ours beds was unfit for use as the spings had completely gone on the base so you sank right down to the bottom - it took them a day to sort this out.
. The bathroom light kept turning on and off for no reason and we couldnt figure out why it did this!
. The price - £95 per night. Considering what we got we thought this was slightly overpriced.

Overall I would probably recomend this to a friend but I think it's worth doing a bit of research and seeing if you can get a better deal either here or somewhere else. £95 per night was just a bit too much for a place that wasnt totally smooth around the edges.

However, this didnt affect our enjoyment of the holiday and all in all we had a pleasant stay.

after spending our night on arrival in a hell hole we decided to find somewhere else to stay. this place was fantastic. it was full of english people, it was very clean, staff were helpfull and friendly, lovely pool, air con, safety deposit boxes, 2 minutes from beach, 10 minutes walk to the main west end with lots of great bars on the way. i would recommend to all and stay here again.

Just got back from a week stay at the Neptuno and was very happy. The staff was wondeful, very helpful and always had a minute to answer questions,etc. the room was large with two twin beds pushed together. the bathroom on the small side but with a nice shower. the view from the room was incredible, you can see the entire harbour from the hotel and it only about a five minute walk from the rests.etc.
the pool area very good always clean and the breakfast was very nice with different things everyday.
would defintely return for another stay.
only downside-no minibar and no remote for the tv.

i ve got to say this is the best hotel ever the stuff over there make everything easy and simple its simply the best place to stay in if you wanna saty in san antonio ibiza
