Just got back from a week stay at the Neptuno and was very happy. The staff was wondeful, very helpful and always had a minute to answer questions,etc. the room was large with two twin beds pushed together. the bathroom on the small side but with a nice shower. the view from the room was incredible, you can see the entire harbour from the hotel and it only about a five minute walk from the rests.etc.
the pool area very good always clean and the breakfast was very nice with different things everyday.
would defintely return for another stay.
only downside-no minibar and no remote for the tv.

i ve got to say this is the best hotel ever the stuff over there make everything easy and simple its simply the best place to stay in if you wanna saty in san antonio ibiza

This hotel is very good and previous reviews are unfair.

After being transferred here due to an overbooking we were extremely disappointed after reading the reviews that it was given on here. However, upon arrival we were very pleasantly suprised, the hotel was kept absolutely immaculate, as was the pool area and the air conditioning was a godsend for july.
The only downside to the hotel was the bathrooms, the showers were dreadful- no pressure at all and no constant temperature. However we complained about this and the staff were very friendly and only too happy to help us find a suitable shower (we were given a key for a room next door which we could shower in).
All in all this hotel and quiet pool area (even in July) was fantastic and far away enough from the noise of San Antonio yet only a ten minute stroll away.
The reviews are very unfair and I would return again due to the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Just got back from Ibiza and must say this hotel is fine, other reviews are unfare. The owners are polite, generous but they do not speak English, they were happy to give us free beers after we had bought a few, were happy to let us swim at 5am! And the hotel was clean and tidy. Its basic, rooms are standard quality, includes tv, air conditioned, seperate shower toilet room & has balcony which harbour views etc. Its about a 15min walk from the main part of San Antonio which is a good thing as you are well away from the noise and drunk kids. I would go back to this hotel based on its price and friendly staff.
