Didn't have our booking written down, hurridly "sorted" a table and from then on we were an after thought. Was very busy evening, but finally our drinks came and then some time after our order was taken. By the time our main courses actually arrived after several prompts...most of it was for another table! My main was inedible-the liver was overcooked and the "gravy" was thick and over reduced. We were offered drinks on the house but when the bill came they still had the front to add a service charge! Needless to say we didn't pay it and will not be returning anytime soon.
