almost surreal... south of brussels we had a company seminar, and when you arrive here you drive into the forrest and suddenly you see something megalarge, clean and seemingly empty in a 70#s bauhausstyle which could have hosted the secret brainwash station of an early moore bond movie.

easy parking, and then you enter the hall, and are surprised by nice design hotel lobby. efficient check in, and then to the room. very stylish, great beds (just the plasticcovered inside cushions were not too comfy) , bathroom and room just seperated by a window. not a lot of

nice little terrace at the lobby bar, unfortunately closing early, then there is a bar in the cellar - not my cup of tea: large, noisy, and hey, who WANTS TO BE IN THE CELLAR IN SUMMER?

place was crowded with groups from bigger companies (telenet, caterpillar, chiquita,man power...) and some semoinagroups. reminded me of a luxury campus like imd, iese or insead, just with much better rooms...

buffet lunch was very ok, dinner menu was not up to the hotel's rest standards. nice feature is the coffeshop (don t get exited guys, this is belgium), where they cater coffee, softdrinks and all kind of snackcalories

this is very clearly a seminar hotel, by any means designed for that, and great for that.

We spent a 3 days weekend with my wife and my children at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels and the the hotel was wonderfull. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are excellent!!! As hotel guests, you may enjoy the wellness center for free. The property is surrounded by woods and ideal for relaxing! If you want to visit Brussels, the hotel is only at a 15 minutes drive away from the Grand Place.
