We stayed at the Euro House Residence at the end of our vacation to be close to the airport since we had an early flight to catch the next day. I had to call them to ask for directions and they were very helpful. We checked in mid afternoon and both people at the desk were great. They gave us an area map, showed us how to get to the airport, and recommended a good seafood restaurant. We did all the check out paperwork at the same time since we would be leaving early the next day- all was very smooth.

Would recommend this as a great place to stay in Fumicino - close to the airport and close to the experience of seeing the fishing boats at the end of the day and the beautiful sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.

This is the place to stay with either late night arrivals or ealry morning departures. We stayed at the Euro house on the last night of our 3 week vacation. The management was welcoming and friendly. We arrived in the early afternoon in the middle of heat wave. So during our siesta, the air conditioning started to leak ( it was being WAY over worked). The manager came quickly and fixed the unit in no time at all. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I woud also recommend a trip to downtown Fuimicino to see the fishing boats, beach and good seafood.

Recently an ill-informed individual failed to read the information available on-line about the Euro House Residence in Fiumicino and wrote a FLAME. They arrived after the well-advertised 9:00 pm (21:00hrs) deadline. Sorry, but if you don't read the well published info, you can't complain. Euro House is a very convenient accomodation, clean, well run, with a courteous and accomodating staff. We were a party of three using it for a morning flight out. I'll be using it again whenever I arrive or leave from Fiumicino.

We have booked this place for our last day in Italy since we had an early morning flight (leaving 10:00 AM). This was, by far, the best place, and not the most expensive, we had during our week's vacation in the Sorrento Peninsula and in the Cilento area (Amazing places!!!). The place is either new or fully renovated. We got two spacious rooms (one of which has a very well equipped kitchen, including full size refrigerator, microwave oven, cooking oven (!) and stove). It looks like every single item in the suit was chosen for its quality (without saving on the price).

The place is airconditioned, has two TVs and is covered by a wireless internet provider, www.tin.it (We were not able to connect but we did not make a true effort. A green/free number is provided to call and get instructions. Price is a bit high: about 5 Euro per 5 hours). You also get a parking place (which is sometimes a big issue in Italy).

For dinner, we went to arestaurant call Il Moro (recommended by the receptionist) and had (again) the best dinner on this vacation. (42.5 Euro for two, not including tip). It is located right on the sea shore and it seems like you need to make a reservation (ask for a place near the window facing the sea).

All in all, an excellent place for staying before your morning flight.

If you have a car rental, watch out - The drive to the airport is, virtually, just a few minutes but there are no proper signs on where to return the car. Make sure to ask for directions when you take take car. Chances are you will return it in the short term parking place which is marked, on the road signs, with a 'P' and a roof over it (like the ^ sign). This is the multi-story (multipiano) parking.

One problem, though. Read the instructions concerning check in time. You can not check in after 8:30 PM. Check out is no problem since you just leave the keys in the room (but you would need to make your payment the evening before).
