We have just returned from the Venus hotel, the hotel is very basic but the staff are very helpfull. The bathrooms could do to be updated though we were ther for our daughters wedding so there were a few of us we had five diffferent rooms between us and none has a shower head that could be fixed to the wall we all had to hold them. The food wouldhave been great if it had been hot. The only bad draw back is that we all had our hair done buy hair and soul based in Oia they charged us 180 euros each we nearly died. So beware ask a price first we didnt and it cost us dearly.

We arrived at Santorini airport & decided to get a taxi ( much cheaper than booking transfers ), took about 10 / 15 mins to get to hotel. Small, but clean hotel, split into two sub hotels.
We had booked half board & breakfast & evening meals were excellent, couldnt fault the food. Was served in a buffet style, but was always warm / hot.
Bedrooms were clean & to a good standard. Booked a double room, but got a twin ( only grumble ). Maids come around every other day & bed linen was changed & all bins emptied, etc.
Loved Santorini as a place & would def visit again & stay in this hotel. Fab !!
