Just returned from Club Bahamas after a 2 week stay. The hotel was spotless throughout, the food was great with plenty of choice. We had a fantastic view of the pool and the sea from our room which was very comfortable and clean thanks to the maid service every day. The gardens were kept beautiful, palm trees galore as you walk through to the beach only a few steps away from the pool. The Aguamar water park was a good day out which was 5-10 minutes walk, also shops, bars & kiddies funfair close by. The entertainment team at the Bahamas were fantastic, they worked hard day & night to keep everyone entertained. Special thanks to them (Max,Ruben,Sebastian,Yasmin,Ruth,Jenny & Karen) who really made our holiday one to remember.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to families with children of all ages, and we are definitely going back next year.

  • Liked — The entertainment....day and night
  • Disliked — No air-con in rooms, but fan was fine.

Returned from this hotel 2 days ago. Hotel is lovely, a really good complex with a path through to the beach. Rooms were basic but clean especially the bathroom - very important. Food was Ok and what you would exepect, there is something for everyone. as the hotel is quite a long walk from the main resort I was disappointed at first, ( the brochure said 10 mins - no way) However the hotel entertainment team ( Ruth, Reuban, Jasmin,Jenny, Max,Sebastian and Karen (guest relations) were excellent, very friendly and worked 14 hours a day to make guests happy. If you don't join in don't blame the entertainment team - you only get out what you put in. The evening shows had something for everyone. Its a good job the hotel and entertainment were good as the resort is filthy, in the mornings the pavements smelled of pee no wonder the cleaner was swilling down with bleach everyday. Planes are noisy at first but I agree with everyone else you do get used to it and in a weird sort of way it is quite interesting. I would go back to the hotel if it was in a different resort.

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Bahamas. Booked through sunmaster and was notified of the hotel 3 days before travel. Went all inclusive - well worth it. I travelled with my husband and two childred aged 11 and 9. Everywhere is clean and constantly kept clean. Only drawback no air con - only ceiling fan. No hairdryer or fridge in room but you can hire these. Restaurant has lots of varied choice - basically if there is nothing you can eat from there, there is something wrong with you. You can also order snacks from the bar near the pool (there are certain restrictions if you are all inclusive). You have to wear a wrist band and you can order drinks including alcohol from 10.00 until midnight - you just write your room number on the slip produced from the till at the point of ordering. Great swimming pool for kids and plenty of sunbeds although these seemed to have towels on each morning quite early. The hotel is at the far end of Playadenbossa so to get to the resort is about 15 min walk along the road but quicker if you walk along the beach and then cut through. The hotel backs right onto the beautiful beach which is lovely. The sunbeds and parasols worked out 18 euros for 2 beds and 1 parasol. Think they are cheaper further up the beach. There is a waterpark about 10 min walk from the hotel called the Aguamar - costs us 26 euros for us 4 - well worth it. It is not a huge park but still offers plenty to do. You can buy photos 5 euros each of you on the rides. Take your own food as the queue for food (and drink) was crazy and expensive. The hotel is really close to the airport (about 10 min in car) but you do get used to the planes coming in and out. We taxied to the airport (only 8 euros). The entertainment at the hotel is superb - there is water gym in the pool each day, water polo, beach vollyball and the evening entertainment was brilliant. The kidz clubs reps were always orgainsing different activities for the children (although mine didnt want to attend any of the clubs) but they were entertained brilliantly. We also got a number 14 bus into Ibiza town cost us about 9 euros for us 4 and we taxied back for about 12 euros. Would definately go back to this hotel and resort.

We have just returned from here having had a great rest, the weather was hit and miss, the hotel staff were downright rude to say the least! You were frightened to ask for anything although there was a couple of girls who made us feel welcome, the kids thing wasn`t our cup of tea but we enjoyed the entertainment, we thought Karen was great ,an asset to the hotel. However the prices are ridiculous as they are everwhere else,£9.00 for 1 vodka and coke in one bar in Ibiza town, even Dick Turpin wore a mask!
The hotel food was excellent however there was little choice after 8pm, the rooms and public areas were very clean we had agreat sea view..
We would not return here due to high prices for drinks and everything else! You need to be rich to go to Ibiza these days!

We stayed at the Club Bahamas in late June. Only 8 euro from the airport by Taxi and when we got to our room and opened the balcony door, we had a view most plane-spotters would die for.

Strangely enough, we found the aircraft noise 'disappeared' after a while, and it didn't bother us.

The hotel used to be a Fiesta property - but there is work taking place to remove any evidence of the previous owners - along with an apology letter from the management explaining that this will take some time to complete.

The website we booked with gave the hotel a 4 star rating. I would say average 3 star was more suitable. The rooms were quite basic - TV but no air con or fridge.

The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and adequate, with a powerful over-bath shower.

What did impress us was the friendliness of the hotel staff, and the quality fo the food in the restaurant. Plenty of well-stocked choice for all the nationalities that were present.

Overall, I would say it was good value for money, but don't go expecting 4 star standards (except the food, which was excellent).
