Fantastic holiday all round. Resort itself could use a bit of work, but there is so much in the hotel that its only very rare times you will actually want to leave - when you do go to Murphys.

Food overall was of a very high standard - a new selection every day we were there (all of it tasting different which makes a nice change from most all inclusives). Nice lay out of bars and places to eat - never too far from a refreshment.

Particular thanks to the entertainment team, especialy Michael the very funny English guy, Yuta the Aerobics girl and Lola and Sina the kid team. Amazing shows such as Moulin Rouge and Lion King - you can only begin to imagine the amount of work which goes into making them!

Certainly worth the extra price for the extra star - we looked into the 3 star Club Den Bossa (same Fiesta chain) and could see we made the right choice. I would suggest this hotel to anyone - great staff, great entertainment and great food.

Only downside was the total lack of any kind of Thomson reps. There were enough English guests to certainly warrent at least one rep but we didnt see anyone. This, however, is in no way the fault of the hotel - and the staff were only to happy to help out with any questions which Thomson should have been there to answer.

An international resort of good quality, quite impersonal, with All-inclusive formula. Not too high, with only 2 or 3 stairs high max. 2 swimming-pools, tennis courts, boat, and some other activities ...
Rooms are quite nice, with AC, TV, bath with jacuzzi.
Food is correct, and choice is large.
Staff is smily and helpful, except the guy we met to prepare the boats.
We were there in October, and the beach was really dirty (about 20 cm of algae thickness) and the pools were even colder than the sea (around 20°C).

Pretty good value, but the price is quite high (around 125 euros)

the first thing what hits you is the smell from the sewer plant further up and if the wind is in your direction then look out its so disgusting.We were there for only 3 days and prob to be fair just the 1 day ruined we could not sit out side to eat or drink it made you feel sick.i have to say to be fair the hotel wasnt bad not fantastic but ok.The grill bar on the beach were so understaffed we gave up wwith the idea of lunch.The wine was very poor and we are not that fussy honest you had to add soda water to it to make it drinkable.The food in the main restaurant was ok and if you could get a table out side very pleasant if you dont have the smell.The staff hit and miss,some were really lovely but they didnt rush to serve you at the bars were there was allways a Q they have cocktails but give them a miss we stuck to vodka and tonic in the end the meal in the al a carte was not worth going to chicken grilled or fish with loads of bones or salmon with potatoes the starters were salad bar thats it.There are 2 pools one quite and is very nice much better than the main one which is dirty and the steps into very dodgy i have to say though the sunbeds brill very comfy the bedrooms also excellent the pillows though like bricks had a cricked neck for the 3 days but the vodka helped a little we put our heads in the disco 1 night and there were 2 people in there with terrible music blasting out so can not comment.I can not reccommend this hotel at all because of the sewer smells if you were there a fortnight and the wind was in your direction i think you prob would lose a couple of stone cos you would be feeling to sick to eat

When we arrived check in was quick and simple. We were shown to our room and around the hotel by very friendly staff. The rooms were good but beware of the salty water when cleaning your teeth!

The sunbeds are taken quite early in the morning so if you want one by the pool then you may have to get up quite early.

The food was good with a wide variety. However, the desert never really changed.

The majority of people staying at the hotel were foreign but there were a few British people there. The staff were all very freindly but beware you can't wear swim wear in the inside bar.

The entertainment at night is not great so bring playing cards! However, there are plenty of places to go to in the town which is about a 5 minute walk. Special mention to Murphys!!

The maids are effecient and freindly as were all the staff. It doesn't matter if you can't speak Spanish because they know plenty of english.

There is a lot of sporting activities throughout the day which the staff are eager for you to join in with whatever nationaltiy.

The big white couches in the reception area are the best!

All in all this is a great hotel and we would recommend it to people of all ages.
