After 5 nights in Athens, 7 days sailing in the Ionian Sea, and 3 days visiting central Greece, the Ganimede provided a much needed, relaxing way to end our vacation. We spent three nights (increasing from 2 becasue of the reviews) and are glad we did. The hotel is a great place for a base for seeing Delphi. And, as expected from the other reviews, Christophou was a wonderful hostess, as was her evening assistant Bridgette. The lovely breakfast each morning in the relaxing garden could not have been nicer. One evening, we brought wine, cheese and meats to our balcony overlooking the garden for a very pleasent end of the day. I just wish we had more room in our suitcase to have taken more of Christouphou's home made jams and chutney's with us. You will love them!!
