We were at the Los Pueblos the end of Feb beginning of March the weather was great we had booked for the Tropicana but Thomas Cook dont do it now so we were told we were upgraded and we would be staying at the Los Pueblos i had idea we were in the old town but i did no think it was that far up it is on the outskirts of the resort would not of picked it for the location but the complex itself was not to bad ithink our room was 317 great view and a private patio the room to me always felt damp and smelt damp but the rooms were very spacious the recepion people were pleasant enough and the security man was always friendly saying hello when you were coming in from your night out as i say nice apartments but the location that would put me off going there again we use to use taxis alot i would walk down to the beach which would take me half a hour and we would get a taxi back.

We stayed in these apartments during the first week of March and were very impressed with all aspects of this accommodation.

For £160 for a week stay for two people we were provided with a very good value apartment. It was clean (cleaned daily), the rooms were basic, but equipped with all essential items and it was very spacious for two people.

The balcony provided a great sea view and privacy from neighbouring rooms.

In the day the pool and surrounding area was not too busy, the pool was warm and clean and all staff were helpful and friendly.

The location provided a good base for a short walk down to the old town and the hill wasn't as bad as other reviews suggest, although it was nicer to walk down the side streets, rather than the main road.

I would gladly return in the future.

“Great views”

Very clean hotel, tucked away in a cul-de-sac,up a steep hill from harbour. Decent size rooms, huge balconies. Very steep stairs to rooms from reception. 2 adults, 2 young kids, not much for us to do. We used to go to the Flora apartments 100 metres away, great programme for adult and kids. Nice local resturant beside Flora called 'la bamba'. Very good italian called 'Dolce Vita' at harbour. Don't book a trip to market, you get there by public bus for about 2 euro each. Don't expect to much from L P.

“Great Place Watch your wallet and bank cards”

Los Pueblos

Stayed at los peublos jan 2008, great clean apartments, brochure said 750metres to main strip but maybe they meant as the crow flies!taxi will cost €2.50 so was ok. Night life on the main strip is very good, excellent Irish bars with brilliant live entertainment. Downside was one of us had wallet pickpocketed while on night out and myself had my bankcard skimmed and my account was cleaned out. For the younger people having a lively holiday watch ur wallet, cards, cash etc as dodgy thieves are everywhere at night around the night clubs. Also never get seperated from friends as I was assaulted on my first night out. All that said We'd definitely go back wearing pockets with zips!
