Found this one afternoon while wandering through the shabby chic town and stopped for coffee and Gelato, vowing to return. The restaurant is located in a small attractive square.
We returned two nights later, and sat outside. We were the only ones there, but the service was friendly and relaxed, attentive but not overbearing. The restaurant is a family affair with mother cooking.
The food reflected local fare and the mixed antipasto was a sheer delight and shouldn't be missed. The main courses were simple, well cooked and again very tasty as was the dessert. The house red wine, again local, was so good we bought a bottle from the shop.
And not only was the meal the best we experienced on the holiday, it was good value too. Don't miss it.
