Great Hotel - Great Food - Lovely staff

Would recommend this hotel for anyone with a family. Great food, staff, facilities and situated 2 mins from the beach.

If you like a resort to be like home from home then Es Cana is for you but if you like to try some spanish food then don't go there.

Es cana is a lovely picturesque resort boasting a lovely beach and family friendly bars & tavernas.
Ideal for families and couples. Not an 18-30 type holiday and dosen't have a wild night life but offers plenty of entertainment in various hotels and bars open to everyone.
Plenty of excursions to choose from.
The hotel itself is great value for money. We stayed on a half board basis and the food was varied and catered for the English, French and Spanish predominantly.Nice breakfast with plenty to choose from and lovely evening meals with plenty of variety. Certain times are slightly more busier than others but we had no issues.
The pool is quite basic but the hotel offers plenty of entertainment during the day although i spent my days on the beach whilst my hubby and daughter enjoyed the hotel.
Very clean rooms, maid cleans everyday except Thursdays ( well earned day off) and towels changed regularly, sheets changed weekly.
All in all a fantastic holiday! We shall be back again this year!!!

Well. We went there a year and half ago now and i would like to go back again. I would reccomend this to familys with young children or teenage children because there is a kids club thre were they do activities all day long while the parents can go out shopping athe hippy market or just 100m down the road go on the beach which is also about 100m down the road. The everning entertament is brilliant. The hotel is well cleaned and it has very frendly staff and reps.

We have been to the caribe twice and i have got to say the first time there was much better. The entertainment staff the first year were amazing they made the holiday for us the second year around the entertainment staff had changed and where no where near as good they wasnt organised at all and things which were up on the board which where meant to be happenening just didnt i think though it was because they were young and may become just as good.
The breakfasts at the hotel are quite nice lots of sausages and bacon just the normal english breakfasts really, there is always alot there what ever time you go down for it which is excellent.
The evening meal therefore isnt that nice there isnt much choice really and there is next to nothing for the children to pick from as we had two fussy teenagers this became a problem.
The bar staff at the hotel are very nice and always try and help you drinks ice creams and snacks are all resonable prices and are nice.
The reception staff are always there, always smileing and will help you if you need them. Cant say much for the reps as we booked the hotel though a website where you get the flight and hotel seperate so we didnt have one.
I wont be returning to the caribe hotel as we have been twice now and what to see other places.
