“The Warren - friendly and excellent value.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 November 2009

We have stayed at the Warren on numerous occasions, mainly due to its close driving proximity to the local Speedway track. We were greeted on each occasion by either Tom or Shirley - two of the most welcoming and warm people you could ever wish to meet!

The rooms are spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and equipped with a modern LCD TV. You have a wide choice of delicious breakfasts to chose from, be it a full English to cereal or toast with a variety of delicious homemade jams and marmalade!

The Warren is situated approximately 2 minutes walk from the sea front, a short walk into Burnham and there is a bus stop just outside if you wish to travel further a field.

We would highly recommend The Warren to anybody looking for a clean, comfy and friendly guesthouse.

“First Class Guest House with First Class Hosts”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 November 2009

Elaine and Colin.
We have stayed here approx 10 times and have always received a very warm welcome and a cup of coffee on arrival.
The Warren is ideally situated, being two minutes walk from the sea and beach, a short walk into Burnham and a bus stop outside the gate.
Car parking is very good and the nice garden is very peaceful to relax in.
In all aspects, all the accommodation is absolutely first class plus modern LCD TV and very efficient broadband if required.
Breakfast is a real 'treat' as you have such a wide menu to select from.
Everywhere is spotlessly clean.
Shirley and Tom are always very helpful and have this 'knack' of making you feel 'special' and that nothing is too much troube for them.
Always looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended

“Very Friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 October 2009

We have stayed here for the last couple of years to visit the Weston beach enduro. It has always been excellent, clean, spacious rooms & good filling breakfast. A very friendly reception with reliable advice on places to eat and drink. Special mention for the 'Free overnight drying of clothes in front of the Aga' after a particularly damp race. Room service (a glass of wine or 2 ) was most appreciated by the ladies who sensibly decided to miss the racing. This is the best accomodation we have found in 8 years of racing.
We will be back again.
