I don't write a lot of reviews, I'ma New Yorker were hard to impress, but...
I just got back from the best vacation ever!!! A wonderful week in Cullera, Spain.
First of all, I have to rave about my vacation rental.
I arrived exhausted and hungry, the wonderful owners at Milenio Apartments,
had left us a care package with wine, cheese , chocolate and other goodies, It was a perfect start to a wonderful vacation.. The owners really went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous vacation, they recommended great restaurants, and beautiful beaches to check out.
The apartment was stunning,,the decor was, bright and cheery, and all the rooms were immaculately clean, and just a short walk to' the beach.
Every evening we would sit out on the balcony, drink wine and enjoy the spectacular view. I really didn't want to leave the apartment.
Check out their website- you will not be disappointed
Cullera was fantastic, the weather was perfect.. the beaches were pristine and the water an unbelievable shade of blue.
Check out Faro de Cullera, a great beach, surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars it was really lively and fun.
I spent most of my week relaxing and eating, but there is a lot of other things to do, you can visit the Medieval Castle at the top of the mountain, the Sanctuary of the Virgin del Castillo, the Cave of Dragut or drive the Costa Blanca.
The locals were really friendly and told me about a crazy festival called Les Fellas which takes place every March 15 -19, sadly my vacation was over by then, but I've already booked with Milenio Apartments for next year. I'm counting the days. I can't wait to go back
