Stayed at this hotel 14/5/2012 for one week no complaints staff very freindly food acceptable fantastic gardens , rooms and bathroom showing there age but hello this is not a 5 star hotel so dont expect that sort of fittngs and furniture, cleanliness was good ..
One complaint and this is were I address the mangement the hotel has a policy that states the all inclusive ends at 12 noon onthe date of departure fair enough but bear in mind that our first day started with a midnight check in so did not make use of any facilities on the first day ok.
On our last day our departure was at 8 in the evening . the cut off came just before lunch, that is a long time to go without food or drink ,It appears that whether you are allowed a complimentary extension is all down to who you approach on the reception desk several people who left just before us were told told to just carry on and use the facilitis and dont worry that they were going to go over the 12 noon cut off on our departure date I asked at reception if we could get a meal before we left and was told that in no way could we extend our all.in status past 12 noon?,
i hope that the management will view this as constuctive criticism and find themselves relaxing the 12 noon rule and allow their guests to have a meal and a coffee before their departure without feeling like outcasts and pariahs alternativly impose the 12 noon rule across all guests and see what happens to their return guest rate.
Rember a little good will goes a long way to ensure return guests
