Ordered the largest possible meat feast pizza for a hungry group of people after work. Went to collect it. I was not acknowledged for a few minutes because the guy serving was being verbally attacked in the rear of the take away by a grumpy old man. Once the bollocking was over, the physically shaking guy that was serving, took my money and I left with my pizza. On opening the pizza box I was greeted with a very large pizza base covered in tomato and cheese and a few bits and pieces of meat. £14 for a giant cheese and tomato pizza with a few bits of meat chucked on. Never again! What has happened to this place. ? It used to be very good.

Been going here for years and love it! Recently gone down hill as I can see from the other reviews others agree!! Owner extremely rude - complained about our £20 takeaway and was basically laughed at! Never ever go again they have lost a valued customer

By far not the best pizzas in Bingley, but they are OK, except for the steep prices and very rude staff.

They do offer delivery, but only if they can be bothered and they charge £2 for it, ( we only live 1 mile away)

If you're in Bingley and want a pizza, I suggest trying one of the other establishments, Armanos are very good, if all takeaways are closed and you're starving and have lots of money then try Mamas !

Lets face it there are other pizza places in town, bearing this mind you'd think the customer service would be a little better.

After been left waiting 10 minutes for my order only for it to transpire that it was sat on top of the pizza oven all along, cold dry pizza is no-ones favourite unless nursing a hangover, then the order upon arriving home was incorrect, when I ask for no sweetcorn I expect to get no sweetcorn. Further to this the onion rings, which incidentally were the hold-up were overcooked and rock solid.

All of this I think is excusable as in the past the food has been pretty good what isn't acceptable is the shrug of the shoulders and dismissive attitude of the staff when I expressed my disappointment, it is because of this that I now consider myself to be a former customer of this establishment and will certainly not be encouraging others the buy from here.

after years of not displaying their prices on the premises, which I've always believed was a legal requirement, they now do display them........and they have put them up so much its just a rip off, the food isn't anything to rave about, delivery is very very slow and there are far better places within walking distance.......its way past its use by date.......AVOID!!!
