The Club Tarida Beach is a Good Value Hotel in an excellent location which is ideally suited for families with children. . .
A great range of facilities and an excellent buffet style menu in the main restaurant are complimented by courteous staff and very modern apartment style rooms set in blocks against the backdrop of one of the most attractive beaches on the island.
Why only four out of five stars then? Well the hotel is, like most of the Insotel chain, family oriented and with that in mind, facilities during peak holiday times and particularly during Spanish holidays in August would be well stretched. The beach side pool area in particular is crammed with beds and bodies even in May! Drinks at the bar are expensive as are snacks and room service but bike hire is free, there is a gym and a choice of restaurants and the private beach enjoys some of the best sunset views on the island.
We visited in May this year and enjoyed a great value short break (despite the proliferation of jellyfish). . . . The Tarida Beach is ideal for families and allows easy access to nearby San Antonio and San Jose.
Don't be put off by reports from xenophobic Brits who really should stay at home!
Do hire a car and explore the island as Ibiza has so much more to offer . . . !

After a good deal of research we chose Insotel, and were glad we did. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with nice bathrooms.
We too were given a room at the top of the hill, but as my g/friend was pregnant we managed to persuade the reception staff to relocate us on the 2nd day. It is a long walk up that hill!
We thought the breakfast buffet was impressive in its variety and quality. But we also ate out every night so I can't comment on the lunch or dinners they cater.
There are 2 pools & a dive centre on site - though to be honest I can't really recommend Ibiza as a place to dive (but we've been spoilt by the Red Sea!). There are plenty of sunloungers and we never had a problem finding ones in/out of the shade.
They also use salt in their pool rather than chlorine which makes it a lot nicer on the eyes underwater!
We had friends staying on Ibiza at the same time as us and I can assure you that Insotel is one of the nicest on the island, not upto some people's 4 star expectations maybe, but if you really want to go to Ibiza this is te place for you.
I recommend hiring a car, Insotel is 10kms south of San Antonio and its well worth exploring Eivissa town.

Booked this hotel after reading TripAdvisor reviews and we were not disappointed!

We arrived at 2.30am to be met by very helpful receptionist. Ten minutes later we were in our room which was spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated, plus bathroom was all marble, lovely.

Next day we went for breakfast and were taken aback at the massive choice of fresh fruits, cereals, pastries and cooked breakfast items, bacon, eggs, etc.

Next to the pool which was great, two kids pools and one adult pool again immaculate.

The icing on the cake for my husband and I was the kids club! Having a ten year old and six year old it was a Godsend! My six year old son asked continually when he was going and my daughter got over her inital embarassment and she asked to go too! We have to say a special thank you to Favio who ran the club and took great care of our kids!

Please bear in mind this is really a family hotel and not the place to go for a romantic break.

An excellent hotel, immaculate, close to a beautiful beach, fab kids club! Yes, we will definately be going back!

I have stayed in various 4 star hotels over the world and this did not match up!
The hotel seems to be catered for spanish holiday makers and i felt you get stared at a lot by them!
The pool sunbeds were set out like Sardines so everyone was on top of each other so we spent our time on the beach which was lovely!
The good points are The hotel was very clean and the rooms very spacious, nice bathroom and recepion staff friendly so no complants about that.
Our hotel room was situated at the furthest point away from everything and the hotel is set on a steep slope, I am a fit 23 yr old and coming back from the beach to my room up hill took 15 mins and we were knackered by the time we got to the top!
The food I felt was like a school canteen, I have never seen a buffet like it! Thank god we were only half board because we eat out most of the time we were there!
If you are looking for a quality 4 star all inclusive hotel try Iberostar costa calera in Lanzarote or Riu Vistamir in Gran Caneria!
