This hotel is definately not a 4* hotel, more like 3*. Do not consider if you are even the slightest bit unfit as it's set on a hillside and if you want to get anywhere, you have to walk up hill and when it's hot you end up sweating - not pretty! If you have buggys, make sure you don't mind pushing them uphill and that they are not your basic type (think more big wheels/3 wheelers).
The rooms are clean, tidy and are good enough for the stay (3* quality) and you will more then likely get some kind of sea view. However upon arrival we where given a map and our room number and sent on our way, dragging suitcases up and down the hill in the heat. We were not told where to eat or when, we had to follow the crowds. Food times are: Breakfast 8-9.30am, Lunch 1-2.30pm, Dinner 7-9? Good choice, but same choice food, bit bland.
Entertainment staff for the children are brilliant, they will love the mini-disco ("A...B...C...Mini-Disco...Ole!"). However it's the same every night.
The beach is really nice, but is downhill and there are steps involved (buggys). The sunloungers and parasols are nothing to do with the hotel and cost a fortune - 5 euros/sunlounger.
If you do smoke - get your stock from duty-free at the airport as there are no shops that sell them when you get there. The hotel is also in the middle of a couple of other self-catering hotels and there is nothing else. Don't rely on the hotel supermarket as it is expensive.
Overall, more of an active persons/kids holiday, not a romantic/relaxing holiday. Not recommended for the hotel, location or the price (too expensive), there are better places to go.
