It is definitely NOT a 5 stars hotel. It is somewhere between a 3 and 4 stars hotel – more like 3 stars.
The photos on the hotel’s web site with the beach are probably edited in Photoshop because the reality doesn’t resemble at all the images. The beach is EXTREMELY NARROW and if you want to make a visit to an orthopedic doctor, because of the stones – NO SAND -, walking on the beach or trying to take a bath in the sea without wearing slippers are the perfect ways to get there.
Some insights about the hotel itself.
It is not as clean as you would expect from a 5 stars hotel – it’s true, there are no coacroaches, but you would definitely expect much more. I wonder how often they wash the towels they give you for the beach – definitely not very often. They give you towels other people used before you without washing them (!?!) and when you try to change them they tell you they are out and try at the same time to sell you a massage (maybe if I bought I would have had clean towels).
The number of chairs for the beach is not sufficient for the number of guests in the hotel so we had to wake up every morning very early to place our towels on two chairs.
Food isn’t a strong point either – it has almost no taste, lacks diversity, is a poor quality and the restaurant does not have table clothes like in the photos on their web site – only at dinner they use small table clothes that cover only a small part of the table, so it looks more like of a canteen than a restaurant. We had "All inclusive" and it was all inclusive only when they had it (e.g. the ice cream was available only for 1 hour a day, afterwards they run out of it and they closed the stand).
The cleaning of the rooms takes place at completely inappropriate hours – after 2 or 3 o’clock in the afternoon when guests are supposed to rest and not to be disturbed.
Most of the hotel’s employees don’t speak English. If you don’t know Turkish, Russian or German, don’t expect to be able to communicate with them even very simple things.
If you want to use the air conditioner in your room, forget about it. You can’t use it when you are in your room because it is placed right above the bed and the cold air hits you right in your head.
Hopefully this review will help others choosing a better hotel and maybe the managers of this hotel will rethink their business strategy.
As a conclusion I would advise to take your money elsewhere if you want a 5 star hotel. However if you catch a special offer like 400 eur per person per stay (7 nights) and are willing to put up will all of the above you might give this hotel a thought.
