We stayed for 3 nights/4 days in december during the long public holiday weekend.
The hotel was full mostly with local Kenyan Tourists and some Foreign Tourists.
Upon arrival,we were greeted with a refreshing coconut drink and although it took a while to get our rooms due to arrival of several large groups,we were not disappointed when we got the rooms which were facing the beach and pool!
The rooms were clean, well furnished and a large clean bathroom with separate shower.
There was large 4 poster bed and smaller diwan day bed.
The pool is the largest from all the mombasa hotels and was very clean.
The hotel is laid out very well with few steps so good for people with disabilities.
The beach is most amazing large flat white sandy beach and enough loungers and sunshades available.
We were on an AI basis and the choice of food is truly amazing. The staff in main restaurant were very friendly and ready to help.
Being vegetarians, there was a huge choice available for all meal times from Italian pasta station,swahili/African dishes, international dishes and large choice of Indian curries and rice with freshly made naan at lunch and dinner times!
The choice of salads, desserts and fruit options is also fantastic!
There was a special treat at Tea times with indian snacks/savouries and choice of cakes if you were still hungry!

We ate at the Italian restaurant couple of times for lunch and the freshly made pizzas were worth waiting for!
Evening entertainment was ok and didn't really try out any of the activities offers by the Active team or watersports available.
Although was a short stay,we really enjoyed our break and definitely return for a longer stay!More
