We agree with their website "A gourmet's haven on the Champagne route". Very friendly and helpful staff, some visitors may find having an English owner useful . We loved the rooms in "Susan's Hotel", a converted barn set back from the road and rooms overlooking the countryside. We were invited to wander through the owners garden to the river. The highlight of the stay was the superb restaurant with a range of set evening menus, and fresh home baked bread.
