Great hotel! Good English speaking staff! Food great too. Centrally located for sightseeing & walking. Rooms and bathrooms fitted to a 5* finish. Wifi all over hotel. Pool & sauna facilities available at a large extra charge! Smoking permitted in bar area but does not permeate public area. All in all a very nice find.

The hotel's location is just perfect - the 10-minutes walk from the main street (Prospekt Revolutsii), large cinema - Spartak and main atraction of the city. The studio room is very large (about 60 sq.m). You can find everything you need in the hotel room - large bed, coffee-table, cupboard, sofa. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice too. Big TV-screen in the room, but notice, that there are a lot of Russian channels, a few foreign. The quality of sleeping was also very good. But it's quite expensive - the room's price was about 10000 rubles (approximately 310 dollars). I think it's expensive for a hotel, located not in the capital of Russia.

Spent there one night on a business trip. A regular 4 star hotel (though claims to be 5stars). Receptions is very helpful and trained up to Western Standards. Room spacious enough, clean and quiet. All amenities in place.

Things to improve:
-bed too soft, a guest with back problem could be in trouble
-breakfast buffet has a limited choice of cold cuts, cheeses and bread. Coffee awful. Though there is an egg and pancake station -I was astonished to see the waiters to prepare omelets and pancakes for themselves and bring them in an inner room for their private breakfast. There was no chef on the station and I saw guests wandering how can they order an omelette.

The hotel is in the center of Voronezh - the city has with few touristic attractions, explaining the prevalent business vocation of the Art Hotel. Rooms are furnished up to minimum European standards: a bed, a coffee-table, two chairs and a desk. Interior decoration follows a dark oak theme but bathrooms offer a bathtub/shower and bidet.
The Hall allows 15-20 seating places for guests and the bar is busy all day - it can get a bit rowdy at night.
Wi-Fi is not free and pay-tv is not available - if you don't understand Russian, there are only one French and one English channels. Breakfast is minimal and quite sad (better go to the bar about 50 meters from the entrance, offering a wide choice of patisserie and cold dishes all day for reasonable fares).
I went to the Restaurant once during my first visit to Voronezh and didn't repeat the experience in the following three years.
And this is the best hotel in Voronezh. Way to go.

Room tip: Avoid 1st floor - street gets busy early. Smoking rooms ARE smoking rooms - and smell accordingly.

Stayed here this past weekend. Hotel is centrally located in a quiet sidestreet. Rooms are nice and well furnished with a quite comfortable bed and nice bathroom which includes a bathtub and bidet as well. Service was good and the spa and sauna is very nice and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was also good - fresh squeezed orange juice. I've stayed in several hotels in the small to mid-sized Russian cities and this is one of the nicest I've been at.

Wi-fi was free too. Only compliant I have is the TV was pretty old and not up to flatscreen quality I'm more used to.

Room tip: As for things to do, went to Angels nightclub which has a good restaurant and great disco...would say it's currently the hottest club in town. Barhard was a nice restaurant as well. Frankly not all that much to do in Voronezh but it's a nice enough quite smaller city.
