The tour & feedings here run 3 times a day in the morning & afternoon; it's open late, but go earlier to catch a feeding which is fascinating. Our guide for the hour-long tour & feeding, Fabio, was fabulous. Anyone who's remotely interested in animals will love this. We'll return on our next visit.

Be sure to take advantage of this chance to learn about our friends the bats, who eat 1,000 bugs per hour, 3-4,000 per night each. A quirky place, very sincere. All three generations of our family enjoyed it.

New appreciation for bats, their diversity, and how important they are to our environment. The acutal bat display was fascinating. Definetely worth the time and great for all ages

Learned a lot about bats from a guide who is really passionate about bat conservation. Worth checking out if you have time; have scheduled showings of the bats twice a day, but can arrange other times as well. Afterwards, you can head upstairs for a chocolate tour!
