松山駅から歩いていける範囲のホテルとしては一番よいだろう。小奇麗なビジネスホテルと思えばよい。ただ松山駅近辺は当地の中心地ではない。ホテル周辺にレストランも少ない。官公庁や松山市駅方面に用件がある場合には、歩いて行くには面倒な距離。
