I was somewhat late in booking the B&B in Karuizawa. Other hotels available are either very pricy or far away from the station. I prefer to stay nearby the station since I only have 2 days here....more

長野新幹線と小海線の止まる駅で、待合室、土産物店、観光案内所、小さなFM局などがあります。新幹線ができたばかりの頃に何もなかった駅の周辺には、イオンのショッピングセンターのほか、ホテルやファミリーレストランが徐々に増えて充実しつつあります。駅の中の土産物店もいいですが、ジャスコ１階の食料品売り場にも、お菓子やお酒、野菜やソバ、リンゴ、お土産コーナーなどがあります。隣のホテルの１階の土産物店も大きいです。 more

長野新幹線の佐久平駅下車すぐのホテルです。普通のビジネスホテルと同じように部屋にもバスがついていますが、宿泊すると健康ランドが無料で利用できて、様々な風呂が楽します。部屋はちょっと狭かったけど、それでも値段はリーズナブルだと思いました。レストランが館内にありますが、近くにファミリーレストランや居酒屋などが増えたので、外に食べに行くのも便利です。お土産を売っている売店は大きいのですが、冬は夕方には閉まっていました。夜にお土産を買うなら、すぐそばのジャスコか佐久平駅構内の売店がいいと思います。 more
