“牡蠣を堪能するには穴場の日生”

岡山県備前市の日生港近くにある”五味の市”はよくある「漁港の近くの海産物売り場」ですが、牡蠣のシーズンには牡蠣祭りなるものが行われ賑わいます。現地で食べる牡蠣はもちろんですが、市場で売られている殻付きのが大粒で美味しいのです。シーズン終わりにたまたま行ったら、持ってけドロボーの勢いで３０粒程を２千円で買えたし、殻付きだと涼しい場所に置いておけば冷蔵しなくても２～３日は生きているとのことで、多過ぎると思っても意外に食べれちゃいます。私は殻が閉じた状態でフライパンで蒸し、パカッと口が開いたら醤油でツルンといきました。 五味の市の近辺は海の幸を味わえるレストランもあり、食事に買い物に楽しめる場所です。 又、近くにはブルーラインと無料のドライブウェイもあり、関西からだと１日デートにもＯＫです！ more
