While this hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are nice, the brochures are definitely not realistic. There is no hot water, no 24 hour security, and no working pool. There were no stairs...more

we stayed at this hotel for 3 days during a 10 day trip to Costa Rica. We stayed in one of the rooms with a kitchen and really enjoyed being able to do our own cooking. There is a little grocery store...more
