３年前に行ったときは、小さな売店が一つあるだけの牧場でしたが 今年の夏に行ったらカフェ、お土産屋、豚丼屋、チーズ工房、キャラメル工房・・・ と、立派な観光牧場になっていました。 ホエー豚丼、普通の豚と違いがわかりませんでした。 帰りにカチョカバロを買おうと思ってたら、売り切れで買えませんでした。 チーズ工房に山ほどぶら下げてるのに。。。 東京にも出店してるし、札幌や千歳空港にも出店しているので、わざわざ中札内まで行く必要なかったかな～と思います。 more
