湯田温泉郷にある砂風呂です。 こちらはちょっと奥まったところにあり、湯田温泉では他に”ほっとゆだ”など有名なところがあるので、目立たないかもしれません。 ですが、地元産の天然けい砂を温泉のお湯で熱した砂風呂で、とても温まります。 地元のお母さんたちがリズムよく砂をかけながら、自分は砂に埋もれて行きます。 心地よい重さとともに、じんわりとした熱さがカラダに沁みわたり、 砂を払って起き上った瞬間は爽快！ 砂風呂のあとは内湯で汗を流して終了。 山間にあり、あまり観光地化されていないので、 逆に私はくつろげました。 more
