This is the second time we stayed at the Ship Ahoy. We were also there in June of 2007. I'll tell you the minus side first.... the walls are VERY thin... you can hear, very clearly, what is going on...more

While we were visiting Boothbay Harbor we stopped at the Visitors Center. They suggested Ships Ahoy Motel in Southport and we are glad they did. We liked it there so much we booked an additional...more

The good: the view was outstanding and our room was clean and cleaned well during our stay. The bad: room was freezing cold on a rainy weekend, TV had very little to choose from, rock hard beds...more
