We arrived on November 12th. The bus to the resort took 1 1/2 hrs which was ok, however, people needed to go to the washroom. The washroom door would not unlock so the driver pulled over to the side...more

My husband and I stayed at the Caracol hotel in the first week of September. Our room was clean and lovely, the pool was fabulous, the weather was incredible the entire time, the food was good and it...more

other then the little bit of rain we got when we were there the hotel staff...the entertainers ..the people in general were fantastic...the beach is just beatiful just i would recomend this resort to...more
