Head to the capital city, Charlotte Amalie, for jewelry, clothing and gift shops and street vendors selling handmade wares. For a change of pace, go to Coral World Ocean Park to touch marine life or enjoy a banana daiquiri and a panoramic view at Mountain Top, the highest point on the island. For a day trip, take a ferry to nearby St. John.

We had a great time at Bolongo Resort and really enjoyed the fact that we could catch the dive boat right from the resort. Great pina coladas at the Lobster Grill poolside bar. We will return. more
