Puerto Angel is nice and has a good beach for children, Playa Panteon. Definitely not a HOTEL PRESIDENTE experience. Zipolite, the next beach north, is the best place, and I like the Posada San...more

Puerto Angel is not worth staying in. The beach isn't that great and filled with folks to hassle you. Make it a day trip if you want to snorkle, but don't stay in the town. I recommend Saint...more
