We had a real nice week on Sao Miguel. The rooms were clean, the lobby etc. were elegant, the breakfast was ok - but then I guess you could expect better than ok from a four star hotel. Hotel staff...more

We made the fatal mistake of not checking TA before we booked this. I'm not sure what I expected from San Miguel. Relaxed, laid back, old world charm, warm but not hot etc. Sadly not. Wet, empty,...more
