If you go to Luleå, this is the hotel you should stay at. It is in the middle of the small town, overlooking the water and the city park. Not all rooms have the view so remember to ask for a sea view...more

Stayed there for 3 nights when attending a conference at local university. They were packed and gave me room 302 - an extremely small and next to the elevator. Apparently all rooms x02 are like that...more
